• AI Processing: Feedback text is processed by securely hosted NLP models for summarization. The raw data is not used to train public foundational models.

Terms of Service

By submitting feedback through the Feedback Insights portal, you agree to the following terms regarding the handling of your submission:

• License Grant: You grant Feedback Insights a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and implement any ideas, concepts, or functional recommendations contained within your submission.
• Confidentiality Restrictions: Please ensure that you do not submit proprietary, classified, or highly confidential trade secrets that you do not have the authorization to disclose.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to submit fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally disruptive payload data designed to interfere with the natural language processing pipeline.
